Refund policy

Eligibility

Refunds apply to confirmed paid enrollments in Retention Primer, Control Studio, Audit Desk Cohort, or similarly invoiced programs. Free previews and downloadable samples are not refundable purchases.

Timeframe

You may request a full refund within 7 days of payment if you have not accessed more than the orientation module and have not attended a live session. After that window, partial refunds may be considered as described below.

Full refund conditions

A full refund is available when (a) the request arrives within 7 days of payment, (b) live sessions have not been attended, and (c) downloadable worksheet packs beyond orientation have not been retrieved. Duplicate payments are refunded in full once verified.

Partial refund conditions

If you withdraw after orientation but before the midpoint of a cohort, we may refund 50% of tuition minus any non-refundable third-party processing fees. Withdrawals after the midpoint are generally ineligible for tuition refunds, though we may offer a future-cohort credit at our discretion.

Non-refundable items

Custom case-file preparation fees for Audit Desk Cohort, on-site clinic travel already booked at your request, and completed one-to-one mentor hours are non-refundable once delivered or incurred.

Refund process

Email info@datamindcloud.digital with your full name, program name, payment date, and reason for the request. We confirm receipt within two business days and may ask for enrollment identifiers.

Processing time

Approved refunds are initiated within 10 business days of approval. Bank or card settlement times vary by provider and may take additional days to appear on your statement.

Refund method

Refunds return to the original payment method when possible. Wire payments may be refunded by wire to the originating account; you are responsible for providing accurate account details.

Cancellations by Data Mind Cloud

If we cancel a cohort, you may choose a full refund or transfer to a later date at no extra tuition. If we reschedule by more than 14 days and you cannot attend, you may request a full refund of unused tuition.

Exceptions

Documented medical or family emergencies may qualify for alternative remedies outside the standard windows. Chargebacks filed without contacting us first may delay goodwill resolutions.
